  2.  TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY. Without the parcel opening video, we will not entertain any claim.

    2.1 Damage / Defective Product

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, send us a parcel opening video highlighting the defect or damaged product & box label on this number. You should report this issue within 24 hours of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

   2.2 In case, you don’t like the product

The products fall under the category of NO Return. So if you don’t like any product, you are not allowed to return or get refunds for products you have purchased.

   2.3 Refund
